PRE-RESERVATION

To drive, you must:

- Be at least 23 years old
- Possess a valid U.S state issued driver’s license which is not suspended, revoked, or restricted
- Sign the Company Agreement + Company Guidelines

You may keep the vehicle for as long as you would like, understanding that A Car, Inc. has the right to revoke your vehicle at anytime.

Your weekly rate should contain the price/week and a 2.5% credit/debit card charge.

You will be charged once per week on the day you started your rental. I.e: If you started your contract with A Car, Inc. on a Monday, you will be charged every Monday.

You will always pay one week in advance. The first payment has to be made by the pickup time. After your first payment, A Car, Inc. will automatically charge your credit/debit card on file every week.

You will pay for your first week up until vehicle pickup. A one-time membership fee of $20 will be charged on week 1.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you are done reserving the vehicle on our website.

Your vehicle will be ready for you on the day and time assigned for your pickup. You will pick it up at the office you chose at the time of the reservation.

Yes! We offer commercial insurance with no rideshare exclusion.

We have Ford Fusion Hybrid, Toyota Prius, Tesla Model S, Honda HR-V, and Kia Niro.

DURING RESERVATION

You may cancel your contract at anytime. If your contract gave you discounts from the original price, you will have to pay the amount discounted back.

You may change vehicle type while on a contract. If A Car, Inc. has the vehicle type available and agrees, you may switch with no extra charges.

You will be charged once per week on the day you started your rental. I.e: If you started your contract with A Car, Inc. on a Monday, you will be charged every Monday.

All A Car, Inc. vehicles come with a Fastrak. You will be charged for any Fastrak usage.

Your credit/debit card on file will be charged every Wednesday for any Fastrak usage.

There are no mileage restrictions in the rental.

You will call the number you encounter on your Company Guidelines document. This document is with the Agreement you signed and received via e-mail and in the glove compartment of your vehicle.

FINALIZING RESERVATION

You will return the vehicle to the same place you picked it up. You will be assigned a day and time to come.

The gasoline level needs to be at the same level of when you picked the vehicle up.

The vehicle should be clean in both its interior and exterior. You will be charged a fee if the vehicle is not clean on the return.

The vehicle needs to be exactly like when you picked it up. If the vehicle has any damage to its exterior/interior, it needs to be repaired before its return.

RETURNING CUSTOMERS

Yes. As long as you still meet the criteria for being eligible to drive one of our vehicles.
